I absolutely love this mill. I grind stone for all my breads, pasta and pastries as I need it. This mill is fast, relatively quiet (thanks for whomever suggested putting a towel over the spout - I actually affixed elastic to the corners of a hand towel so it slips over the hopper and makes it quieter and keeps down the stone dust) and is just plain lovely to look at.
